For the purpose of disabling the license checks, install ISE 14.7 (20131013) and make sure to create a ~/.Xilinx/Xilinx.lic (can be empty).

By doing what you are doing you are certainly not promoting piracy, since there's no reproduction of any artwork in your 'advise'.
